Transport Operations Coordinator

About this role, we are seeking an experienced Transport Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will play a pivotal role in managing daily fleet operations, supporting volunteer driver training, and ensuring safety, operational efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
This is a challenging yet rewarding role that contributes to delivering safe and reliable transport services for clients. You will work closely with our operations and compliance teams to ensure the smooth delivery of services.
- Oversight of daily fleet coordination across all sites
- Scheduling and managing vehicle servicing
- Inspecting vehicles and maintaining accurate maintenance records
- Providing onboarding and inductions to support volunteers
- Conducting ride-along's, safety assessments, and reviews
- Providing occasional driver support to transport clients
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrated experience in transport, automotive, or fleet management
- Experience delivering training, inductions, or safety briefings
- NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or willingness to obtain)
