We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to lead our construction operations team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end client projects from start to finish.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in construction project management, with experience in supervising multiple projects simultaneously. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines.
  • Oversee the coordination of trades teams and ensure compliance with quality audit requirements.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between clients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders.
  • Maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure business excellence services.
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget. You should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.

  • Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in construction project management, preferably in the insurance building sector.
  • Carpentry or Building Trade qualifications desirable, but not essential.
  • Cert IV or Bachelor of Building & Construction advantageous.
  • Excellent computer literacy and familiarity with construction software.
  • Current motor vehicle licence.
What We Offer

In return for your expertise, we offer a competitive salary package, including a base salary of $120,000 per annum, plus benefits such as company vehicle, fuel card, phone, and laptop provision.
