Engaging Swimming Instructor

Casual opportunities are available for a highly motivated and experienced swimming instructor to deliver engaging swimming lessons to students and community members.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Must have a minimum of 12 months of experience as a Learn to Swim Instructor
  • Ability to engage and motivate program participants
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced team environment
  • Commitment to high customer service standards and fostering positive relationships
  • Reliable and punctual to rostered shifts
  • Must be over the age of 18

Essential Qualifications:

  • Working with Children's Check permit (Employee)
  • AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification or equivalent
  • CPR certification

Desirable Qualifications:

  • AUSTSWIM extension courses or equivalent
  • Australian Pool Lifeguard Certificate
  • First Aid certification
