Expert Swimming Coaches Wanted

Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Swimming Instructor to deliver high-quality swimming lessons to students of all ages.
The ideal candidate will be able to inspire a love for swimming while prioritizing water safety, and collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.
- The successful candidate will have proven experience as a Learn to Swim Instructor (minimum 12 months) and ability to engage with and motivate program participants.
- The role requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, commitment to high customer service standards, and reliability to rostered shifts.
- A Working with Children's Check permit (Employee) and Australian Pool Lifeguard Certificate are also essential qualifications for this position.
- The Swimming Instructor will also need to possess AUSTSWIM Teacher of Swimming and Water Safety qualification or equivalent, CPR (HTLAID001), and AUSTSWIM extension courses or equivalent.
- In addition, the candidate should be able to provide First Aid (HLTAID003).
