Operations Leadership Specialist

This position plays a crucial part in the Sentence Calculation and Warrant Administration (SCWA) Unit, which handles court orders, prisoner discharges, and sentence calculation with precision and accuracy.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, and that operations meet minimum standards set by Corrections Victoria Executive.
Duties and Responsibilities- Maintain accurate and up-to-date internal records, as well as input sentence calculations into relevant systems and databases.
- Provide guidance and support to Records Officers to enhance their technical abilities and overall unit competency.
To succeed in this role, you must have excellent leadership skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and possess strong organizational and communication abilities.
