Disability Support Worker

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated support worker to join our team in Western Australia. As part of our alliance, you will have the opportunity to make a positive difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities.

  • Support clients to develop and maintain independence and advocate for their individual needs
  • Deliver personalized support by assisting clients at mealtimes, personal care, administering medication, manual handling using various equipment and aids
  • Transport clients in wheelchair accessible vehicles and pool cars
  • Monitor the well-being of clients and report on their progress
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated commitment to supporting and promoting the individual needs of our unique customers
  • Flexibility to work on a 24/7 rotating roster
  • Experience supporting customers with intellectual disability, high physical support needs and medical health needs
  • Current NSW Driver's License (P2 minimum)
  • Local to Western Sydney
