Site Operations Manager

As a site manager, you will oversee key responsibilities within a line of business or at a specific location.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage daily depot operations and support site managers and supervisors to meet quality goals and objectives.
- Monitor operational metrics, diagnose issues, and implement process improvements.
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
- Conduct thorough investigations of incidents and enforce disciplinary actions as needed.
- Manage personnel needs, including hiring, coaching, disciplining, training, and evaluating employees.
- Set short- and long-term goals and action plans in collaboration with the Site Manager and Director of Operations.
- Optimize equipment use and manage costs effectively.
Supervisory experience: 5+ years managing teams, including direct and indirect reports.
Education and Experience:
- Associate degree or, in lieu, High School Diploma or GED plus 2 years of relevant experience.
- At least 3 years of experience in transportation, logistics, or solid waste operations involving coaching, routing, and employee leadership.
Experience in operations, customer service, community relations, health and safety, financial management, and human resources.
Experience implementing safety programs, managing budgets, and resolving labor issues.
