We are seeking a highly skilled expert to join our team as a Principal Business Readiness Specialist.

This role will be responsible for providing expert business analysis, service design, and change advice to address complex technology-based business needs and processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • Scoping, planning, and scheduling business readiness activities to ensure effective delivery of project activation plans and support adoption of change.
  • Building capability among team members and colleagues on project delivery and emerging trends.
  • Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders; reporting progress and addressing issues and risks promptly to facilitate speedy resolution to maintain agreed timelines for completion.
Key Requirements
  • Experience in developing and delivering business analysis, service design, and change activities in an IT environment.
  • Extensive expertise in analysis of complex IT systems, business processes, and people impacts, with proven experience in service design and delivering change.
  • Exceptional ability to apply theoretical technical, process, and people-related concepts to business requirements, including user experience and human-centered design approaches.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide expert knowledge to management, stakeholders, and users.
