Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for managing our digital presence, including our website and social media platforms, optimizing our SEO strategies, and executing targeted digital campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Website and Social Media Management: Oversee the day-to-day management and updates of the NOVONIX website and social media platforms.
• SEO Optimization: Conduct keyword research, optimize website content, and implement best practices to improve organic search rankings.
• Google AdWords Management: Develop, execute, and manage Google AdWords campaigns to drive traffic, generate leads, and increase brand awareness.
• Email Marketing: Create, execute, and analyze email marketing campaigns that align with NOVONIX's goals.
• Digital Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of all digital marketing initiatives, including website traffic, conversion rates, and ROI.
• Press Release and Disclosure Support: Collaborate with the team to support the distribution of press releases and disclosures.
• Agency Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact with NOVONIX's Digital Agency, ensuring alignment on strategy, goals, and deliverables.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• Experience: 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Skills: Proficiency in website management, SEO, Google AdWords, and social media platforms. Strong analytical skills and experience in digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics). Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM systems.
• Personal Qualities: Excellent communication and project management skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Highly motivated self-starter who takes initiative.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the energy or manufacturing sectors and/or B2B.
• Experience working with external agencies.
• Knowledge of content management systems (i.e. WordPress CMS).
• Experience with Salesforce, Hubspot, and/or SproutSocial.
