Community Football Growth Manager

The Australian Football League is seeking a Community Football Growth Manager to join our team in South West Victoria. In this critical role, you will work with volunteers and clubs to drive growth and development in the region.
About the RolePurpose: The Community Football Growth Manager will work closely with volunteers and clubs to identify areas for growth and develop strategies to increase participation and engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement growth strategies to increase participation and engagement in community football
- Work closely with volunteers and clubs to provide support and resources to help them achieve their goals
- Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and consistency in growth initiatives
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in community football or sports management
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: AU$90,000 - AU$110,000 per year, depending on experience
