Job Description:

A highly skilled professional is sought to lead the execution of strategy for accelerating growth across new markets, channels, and customer segments.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Design, test, and refine commercial models to improve customer lifetime value
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to execute strategic functions
  • Deliver robust commercial financial modelling to support market expansion strategies
  • Evaluate and revise business cases to reduce risk and optimise return on investment
  • Guide pricing strategy, cost-to-serve, and customer acquisition models
  • Act as an SME in value selling and commercial logic, coaching and mentoring as required
  • Provide advice and reporting to senior management on relevant metrics
  • Monitor and revise forecasting based on performance and market trends
  • Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in a commercially strategic role (preferably SaaS or B2B)
  • Experience influencing and leading cross-functional teams
  • High-level expertise in design and implementation of models and strategies
  • Demonstratable experience launching/scaling go-to-market initiatives
  • Advanced modelling skills using Excel or other analytical tools
  • An understanding of customer value frameworks
  • Exposure to negotiation and analysis of partnerships and commercial deals
