Job Overview

The Systems Development and Data Analytics Lead plays a pivotal role in driving technology innovation at QantasLink.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to enhance business performance

Requirements:
  • 5+ years' experience in an IT-related role
  • Proven track record in project management and resource allocation
  • Proficiency in software development and experience with complex IT systems
  • Results-oriented with experience in leading high-performance teams under pressure
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze issues and propose creative solutions
  • Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to develop and interpret metrics
  • Ability to influence change without authority
  • Operational experience in aviation is highly desirable
