Student Experience Lead

We are seeking an exceptional leader to develop and lead a team of student-facing staff responsible for delivering outstanding face-to-face customer service and student support services across our campuses.

  • Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a national network of high-performing campus-based Student Support teams to deliver exceptional student experiences.
  • Standardize the student service experience across all campuses in Australia and New Zealand.
  • Drive business targets related to returning student retention, progression, study load, and revenue.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Minimum 3 years' management experience in customer experience-minded roles.
  • Proven ability to work in a target- and KPI-driven environment.
  • Eye for improvement.
  • Thorough understanding of UX and CX drivers.
