About the Opportunity

At The Busy Group, we are seeking experienced allied health professionals to join our team as Contract Assessors. As a valued member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with people with disabilities, their support providers, and employers to determine support or productivity outcomes.

Job Overview

This role is ideal for individuals or organisations seeking supplemental services to add to their existing workload. You will be working on service-on-demand roles based on local referrals, allowing you to flexibly schedule and deliver assessments at mutually agreeable times within Departmental contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver assessments in support provider offices or workplaces
  • Negotiate individual assessment arrangements
  • Determine support or productivity outcomes with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in disability employment, workplace productivity assessments, or a related sector
  • Diploma or higher-level qualification in one or more fields (Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Counselling, Social Work, Nursing, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Occupational Therapy)
Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this role is $60-$80 per hour, depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
