Infrastructure Delivery Lead

Oversee the successful completion of infrastructure projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality execution, and client satisfaction. Collaborate with project teams to develop project plans, coordinate subcontractors, manage budgets, and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.


About The Role

This role offers a dynamic mix of office and field work, allowing you to stay connected to the project's progress while managing its overall strategy. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive project plans, identifying key milestones, and coordinating resource allocation
  • Managing subcontractor relationships, providing clear direction, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining high standards of performance and safety
  • Building and maintaining effective communication channels with clients, stakeholders, engineers, and field teams to ensure smooth project execution and collaboration
  • Monitoring project schedules and progress, proactively identifying risks, and implementing solutions to mitigate delays and ensure project success
  • Analyzing project data to inform decision-making, identify areas for improvement, and optimize project outcomes
  • Ensuring adherence to health and safety protocols, promoting a culture of safety excellence, and driving continuous improvement initiatives

Key Skills:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the infrastructure sector
  • Formal project management qualification (e.g., PMBOK) or equivalent experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt to changing circumstances, and lead cross-functional teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering results-driven solutions
