Workforce Australia for Individuals is a leading provider of workforce solutions, and we're seeking an experienced fibrous plaster cavity wall installer to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality insulation services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Conduct thorough site assessments to identify insulation needs
  2. Efficiently vacuum roof spaces to ensure a safe working environment
  3. Inspect roof and ceiling damage to determine the best course of action
  4. Evaluate completed work to ensure it meets our high standards
  5. Cut and install insulation materials to achieve optimal energy efficiency
  6. Drill walls for the installation of wall insulation, ensuring precise measurements and minimal disruption
  7. Apply fibrous plaster to walls and ceilings, adhering to Australian Building Code standards
  8. Provide training to colleagues on the operation of insulation equipment
  9. Calculate insulation requirements to achieve an energy-efficient R2.1 rating
  10. Develop drilling configurations to ensure effective insulation material consolidation
  11. Calculate cavity depths to maximize insulation flow and prevent blockages
  12. Clean gutters and install leaf stoppers to maintain a safe and efficient working environment
  13. Install ventilators and skylights to enhance natural light and ventilation
Requirements
