About the Role:- The ideal candidate will collaborate with content creators to develop creative concepts for thumbnails that effectively convey the video's message.
- They will utilize graphic design software to create visually appealing thumbnails optimized for various devices and screen sizes.
- Select compelling images from video footage or photoshoots and enhance them as needed to create attention-grabbing thumbnails.
- Incorporate legible text elements, such as titles, captions, and call-to-action phrases, into thumbnail designs.
- Ensure consistency with the channel's branding guidelines, including color schemes, fonts, and logo placement, to maintain brand identity.
- Conduct A/B testing of different thumbnail designs to identify optimal performance in terms of click-through rate (CTR) and viewer engagement.
- Stay up to date with current trends and best practices in thumbnail design and YouTube optimization.
- Have 1-2+ years of experience creating IRL thumbnails and using Photoshop.
- Evidence of previous high-quality Minecraft builds and designs.
- Understand visual design principles for thumbnails, including composition and color theory.
- Provide a portfolio or previous experience demonstrating proficiency in creating various thumbnail styles.
