Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop relationships with clients and external parties to ensure quality and continuity of service.
  • Coordinate relevant work teams to produce expected outcomes and attend to same-day service requests.
  • Manage team workflow using Findex systems and adhere to Findex policies and procedures.
  • Work closely with the Team Leader to achieve team goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Solid Client Services experience in a similar role/environment.
  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of the financial planning process.
  • Solid experience working on Investment Platforms.
  • A genuine team player attitude and ability to empower others to learn and develop.

Desired:

  • Certificate IV or Diploma in Financial Services (Financial Planning Support).
