About the Role

The Marketplace Associate Manager will work with innovative clients who are achieving significant success in fast-paced and dynamic categories. These clients are always looking for new ideas to help them stand out.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strong client relationships and work collaboratively with other agency partners.
  • Be part of a fun culture in a highly driven team and instrumental in coaching and developing junior members of the team.
  • Seamlessly build connected systems that deliver against business solutions.
  • Understand the importance of forecasting and managing a budget.
  • Convert media outputs into revenue.
  • Provide rationale behind media recommendations with a problem-solving mentality.

What We're Looking For

  • A positive attitude and ability to motivate your team to deliver the best for your clients.
  • An expert on industry tools and how to utilize them and their output within your work and client recommendations.
  • Excellent presentation skills, both in constructing persuasive and engaging content as well as delivering it.
  • Commercially minded, with the ability to identify business revenue opportunities.
  • A passion to grow your people management skills and an understanding of how people like to work.
