**Team Support Role Opportunity**

We are currently seeking a Team Support professional to join our office in Brisbane.

This position offers the opportunity to provide proactive and effective general administrative support across a diverse range of tasks within the office. You will work closely with executives, lawyers, and senior associates to assist with administrative tasks, offering exposure and variety in your day-to-day responsibilities.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your administrative and secretarial skills by working in a team environment alongside likeminded individuals.

Development within the Team Support role will be supported by the Team Leader and Operations Manager.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • A 'can do' and proactive approach, including accepting tasks outside the general scope of duties.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to plan and prioritise effectively.
  • Demonstrate initiative and strong client focus.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Behave in a professional manner, and personable and approachable at all times.
  • Technical ability in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
