About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Leading Hand to join our team at Dnata Travel Group. As an Operations Leading Hand, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our catering services at Brisbane Airport.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate the Customer Delivery team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of catering services to airline customers.
  • Assist in organizing and coordinating work within the designated area of responsibility to meet productivity and performance criteria.
  • Supervise catering trucks to ensure safe and on-schedule loading of aircraft.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as shift reports and rostering.
  • Follow up on any discrepancies and ensure in-flight meal loading is correct.
Requirements
  • MR or HR drivers license required.
  • Ability to perform frequent manual handling tasks.
  • Flexibility working around flight schedules is essential.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Fork Lift license preferred yet not essential.
