- This role plays a vital part in delivering high-quality ICT services to schools and departmental offices, ensuring efficient service delivery.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for on-site support, diagnosing and resolving incidents, and assisting senior technical staff with the transition and enhancement of standardised ICT services.
- Maintaining efficient service operations is crucial, and this includes maintaining and communicating key technical and operational documentation.
This role focuses on continuous improvement processes to enhance service quality across diverse technologies while engaging with stakeholders of varying ICT skills within established policies and guidelines.
About You
- Provide ongoing ICT support, diagnose and resolve incidents, issues via remote-support tools and on-site.
- You will be highly organised and able to work towards tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal skills are essential, as well as strong communication and collaboration skills to work cohesively with stakeholders to deliver results.
- Able to collaborate with a team autonomously and possess a knowledge of and commitment to implementing the Department's Aboriginal Education Policy and upholding the Department's Partnership Agreement with the NSW AECG to ensure quality outcomes for Aboriginal people.
