- You will be responsible for coordinating agendas and meetings, managing actions, and ensuring compliance with governing documents.
- Maintaining meeting calendars and planners is also an essential aspect of this role.
- You will work closely with Board Members, Committee Chairs, the Executive Leadership Team, and key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Qualifications and Skills- Tertiary qualifications in law, governance, or a related field are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated company secretarial experience and knowledge of company secretarial practices are essential.
