Key Responsibilities:

  • Combination of business and personal support to the CEO, prioritizing tasks and deliverables in accordance with CEO objectives.
  • Manage CEO emails, meetings, and minutes, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Support the CEO in delivering objectives for each department, monitoring outcomes and deliverables per project timeline.
  • Provide personal support to the CEO, including organizing travel, accommodation, events, and other reservations.

Requirements:

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with proficiency in using productivity tools.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information, upholding strict confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
