Technical Leadership for Salesforce Solutions
This role is responsible for providing strategic direction and technical expertise to ensure the success of enterprise Salesforce systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement architectural designs that align with business objectives, focusing on scalability, security, and reliability.
- Oversee all aspects of production system ownership, including software development, monitoring, backup and recovery, system security, incident management, and compliance.
- Lead a multidisciplinary team with varying skill levels, promoting a collaborative and high-performance culture centered on continuous learning and growth.
- Monitor system performance and health, proactively addressing errors, bottlenecks, and capacity constraints to maintain optimal system operations.
- Develop and implement robust operational processes to support system stability, governance, and team efficiency.
- Demonstrated expertise in Salesforce solution design and software development.
- Experience leading or owning enterprise-grade production systems, including associated responsibilities.
- Familiarity with Atlassian Jira, VSCode, and DevOps practices.
