Recruitment Consultant - Infrastructure, Cloud & DevOps

We're working on a role for a Salesforce System Administrator who's ready to take ownership of a high-impact, enterprise-scale platform.

In this role, you'll be the go-to expert responsible for ensuring the smooth and secure operation of a large Salesforce environment. You'll work across configuration, support, data management, and release governance, plus bring your marketing cloud expertise to the table to help deliver engaging, data-driven customer journeys.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Platform Configuration & Admin
    • Manage Salesforce environments, including user setup, profiles, permission sets, workflows, flows, and dashboards
    • Oversee page layouts, record types, validation rules, and overall system optimisation
    • Administer sandbox and production environments, including refreshes and deployments
  • User Support & Adoption
    • Act as the first line of support for Salesforce-related issues
    • Onboard and train users, drive adoption, and identify improvement opportunities
    • Provide day-to-day support across the business to maximise platform value
  • Data Management & Governance
    • Maintain clean, secure, and accurate data using tools like Data Loader
    • Implement deduplication, validation rules, and hygiene processes
    • Manage imports, exports, and ensure compliance with access policies
  • Release & Change Control
    • Participate in change management processes
    • Support testing and deployment of new features
    • Maintain system documentation and audit readiness
    • Design and manage multichannel campaigns using SFMC (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Mobile Studio)
    • Build dynamic customer journeys, manage segmentation, and support campaign reporting
    • Integrate Marketing Cloud with CRM and third-party systems, ensuring compliance with privacy regulations
  • System Monitoring & Security
    • Monitor system usage, license consumption, and system health
    • Maintain governance, prepare for audits, and align with Salesforce best practices

What You Bring:

  • Proven experience as a Salesforce System Administrator in a mid-to-large scale environment
  • Strong knowledge of platform configuration, data integrity, and user support
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including campaign setup and integration
  • Understanding of Salesforce security models, permission sets, and access controls
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive mindset, and excellent stakeholder communication skills
