About the Role:

We are seeking a seasoned research professional to lead our custom research initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess technical expertise to oversee research projects from inception to delivery, focusing on large-scale reporting requirements for clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage ongoing research and reporting projects, encompassing questionnaire design, fieldwork management, data analysis, and report preparation.
  • Deliver actionable insights that inform business strategy, drive growth, and enhance audience engagement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify suitable research methodologies and develop solutions that meet client needs.
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (quantitative, qualitative, syndicated) to generate recommendations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with third-party data suppliers to address research queries and leverage outcomes.
  • Interpret client-supplied, internal, and external data, preparing high-quality research reports that communicate findings to stakeholders.
  • Contribute to the development of MKTG's global sports and analytics toolkit and revenue-generating products.
  • Enhance product solutions and frameworks that effectively integrate research insights into the company's broader offerings.
  • Design training modules and materials to educate internal staff and other departments.
  • Nurture meaningful relationships with external suppliers and internal stakeholders.
