About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Performance Marketing Specialist to support the strategy, development, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns. The ideal candidate will have experience collaborating with media agencies and managing paid media campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective performance marketing strategies to drive data-driven results.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop and execute all digital campaigns.
  • Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to ensure campaign alignment with business objectives.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics.

About You:

To be suitable for this role, you will need to have experience in the following key areas:
  • Collaborating with media agencies to execute and optimize paid media campaigns.
  • Familiarity with advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
  • Experience with analytics platforms to analyze and optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong attention to detail, effective time management skills, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate with various stakeholders.
