Job Title: Support Workers

Kiddo App connects parents to support workers instantly for in-home care needs - caring for children.

As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities or special needs. This role requires reliability, honesty, and a love for working with children and vulnerable adults.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualized care and support to participants with varying levels of need.
  • Develop and implement personalized care plans to meet the unique needs and goals of each participant.
  • Build strong relationships with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to achieve positive outcomes for participants.

Requirements:

  • Be over 18 years old.
  • Hold a current Working with Children Check (WWCC) or equivalent.
  • Have a reliable vehicle and a valid driver's license.
  • Be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
