Visual Merchandising Specialist Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Merchandising Specialist to lead our national store presentations and contribute to the success of our retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Store Presentation: Create a visually appealing and cohesive look across all locations, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
  • Develop Communication Directives: Design clear guidelines for stores to implement, ensuring seamless execution and minimizing errors.
  • Design Point of Sale Materials: Create eye-catching tickets, signage, and in-store displays that enhance customer engagement and drive sales.
  • Develop Merchandising Guidelines: Establish and maintain merchandising standards, range plans, and styling guides that support our visual merchandising strategy.
  • Source Fixtures and Fittings: Identify and acquire new fixtures and fittings, coordinating their distribution to ensure timely arrival and minimize disruptions.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent administration and time management skills, as well as well-developed communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Adobe Suite, specifically InDesign and Illustrator, is highly regarded.

As a dynamic and enthusiastic individual with a genuine interest in visual merchandising, you will thrive in our fast-paced retail environment. You will be able to work autonomously but collaboratively, leveraging your creativity and problem-solving skills to drive results.
