We are seeking an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator to support our multi-year high-profile programs. This is a unique opportunity to develop your project management skills and be fully supported in your career growth.

The successful applicant will have the chance to build and develop their project coordination experience, working closely with a collaborative and tight-knit project team. About the Role

This role involves managing contract and resourcing registers, reporting variances to senior stakeholders, and providing monthly staffing updates. You will also maintain document management systems, including templates, review procedures, deliverable quality audits, and registers.

Additional responsibilities include supporting project delivery through meeting coordination, secretariat duties, and tracking actions and deliverables. You will liaise between management and project teams to assist in operational delivery, and provide general project support, including onboarding/offboarding, compliance monitoring, and promoting best practice.

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Prioritisation and time management skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong professional relationships and communication skills.
  • Previous experience as a Project Coordinator or in an administrative role, preferably within the IT sector.
  • General understanding of project coordination, with some exposure to technical aspects.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
