At Westpac Group, we're seeking a seasoned banker to join our team as a Senior Business Development Specialist. This critical role will focus on acquiring new clients across various sectors and leveraging your commercial lending and structured working capital skills to ensure customer needs are met.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine your knack for networking with your lending expertise to generate new business for Westpac. As a Relationship Manager focused on client acquisition, you'll network and build relationships with external partners, attracting customers from competitors and finance brokers.

We're looking for a seasoned banker with 3-5 years' experience in commercial lending and a well-established network. Strong credit skills are essential, and you'll be comfortable with complex deal structuring.

You'll also work closely with a team of analysts and portfolio managers to drive business growth and development. A natural people-person, you'll boast an impressive track record in business development, including the acquisition of new-to-bank customers and a well-established network of referral sources and brokers.
