Job Opportunity

Oxworks, a leading manufacturer and distributor of quality fencing products with over 300 staff across Australia, is seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager to lead our Epping Branch.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to deliver outstanding customer service and foster multiple channels to market by actively promoting our range of quality products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure financial profitability of the Branch through sales, gross profit, wages, and controllable expenses management.
  • Effectively manage stock to reduce damage, lost products, and job remakes while ensuring Class A product availability.
  • Provide strong leadership and management to Branch employees, supporting recruitment, performance management, coaching, training, and personal development requirements.
  • Develop close working relationships with key customers and industry contacts to grow Branch sales and advance the Oxworks brand.
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in complex manufacturing environments.
  • Proven people and leadership skills.
  • Knowledge of operations and financial management.
  • High-level knowledge of MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems.
