Key Contract Renewal Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled contract renewal professional to oversee the contract renewal process.

Responsibilities:
  • Review customer contracts for renewal dates, terms, and termination clauses, ensuring all details are properly documented.
  • Maintain organized renewal data in internal systems, utilizing tools such as CRM software.
  • Proactively communicate renewal options to customers via email or phone calls, addressing any concerns they may have.
  • Accurately address customer inquiries regarding contract terms, providing clear explanations of complex information.
  • Escalate disputes or discrepancies to relevant teams, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with legal and finance teams to ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve contract management workflows, increasing efficiency and reducing costs.
  • Record all customer interactions related to renewals, maintaining accurate records for future reference.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience in contract renewal or complaints handling, preferably in SaaS/subscription services.
  • Strong analytical skills, with attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of simplifying complex language and presenting it in an easily understandable manner.
  • Experience with CRM and contract management tools, such as Salesforce.
  • A customer-focused attitude and relationship-building skills, with a strong ability to build trust with customers.
