High Profile Dispute Resolution Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation professional to join our team. As a key member of our litigation group, you will work on high-profile commercial disputes including contract, corporate, property and trade practices disputes, class actions, fraud investigations and prosecutions as well as government inquiries and investigations.
Duties and Responsibilities- Work on a variety of high-profile commercial disputes.
- Assist in the preparation and conduct of commercial cases, including court appearances and negotiations with clients and opposing counsel.
- Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals to achieve successful outcomes for clients.
- 3-5 years of experience in commercial litigation or a related field.
- Demonstrable experience in any or all of the above types of disputes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
