Pearson VUE offers a great environment to start or grow your career as a Casual Test Administrator. Our ideal candidate demonstrates teamwork, with the availability to work a variety of shifts across Weekday (Monday to Friday) and Weekend (Saturday and Sunday).

Job Requirements

We are looking for someone who is detail oriented, communicates effectively, can solve problems, and focuses on customer needs. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing an exceptional customer service and secure exam delivery environment
  • Complying with all testing procedures and company policies
  • Checking and verifying candidate's identification against test registration
  • Explaining exam procedures and proctoring/invigilating candidates while testing
  • Troubleshooting technical issues
  • Escalating policy breaches immediately
  • Performing light housekeeping duties
Key Qualifications

To be successful in this position, you will have:

  • A High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
  • Experience proctoring or invigilating exams is highly desirable
  • Beginner to intermediate experience in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to sit for long periods of time and lift up to 20 lbs
  • Comfortable in a quiet testing environment
