Customer Experience Solutions Specialist

We are seeking a Customer Experience Solutions Specialist to provide exceptional support to our customers across Australia.
This role involves driving billable hours within scope, collaborating with stakeholders to manage requests and complaints, and ensuring clinical situations are escalated effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
- Maximizing billable hours while supporting customer journeys in line with CHSP guidelines
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve inquiries, complaints, and escalations
- Managing incidents, hazards, and complaints in accordance with policies and procedures
- Ensuring accurate invoicing and fee considerations
- Implementing continuous improvement initiatives and maintaining organizational compliance
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A strong customer experience focus gained through working in CHSP or similar environments
- Previous office/administration experience
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with internal teams and work under pressure
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and identify solutions to issues
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database management
