About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Customer Experience Specialist to join our team in mid January 2025. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional face-to-face customer service and working closely with architects, interior designers, and builders to provide innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Provide outstanding customer experience through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and preferences.
- Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement strategies that drive business growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
