Job Title: Travel Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Business Support Officer to join our Travel Team for an initial 3-month contract. The successful candidate will have experience in high volume domestic travel bookings and be able to demonstrate the following:

  • Demonstrated experience in high volume domestic flight and accommodation bookings
  • High accuracy and high attention to detail
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Initiative and the ability to perform recurring work
  • Excellent communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Flight and accommodation bookings
  • Efficient and high standards of customer service to internal customers
  • Monitoring and managing internal and external correspondence, incoming and outgoing telephone calls, and ensuring responses are provided within required time frames
  • High attention to detail while working within a fast-paced environment
  • Connecting with industry, local suppliers, and internal and external stakeholders to ensure the timely and effective delivery of travel services
  • Handling enquiries for senior staff in their absence within expected time frames

Requirements:

  • Experience in high volume domestic travel bookings
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Initiative and ability to perform recurring work
  • Excellent communication skills
