Administrative Operations Coordinator

Job Summary
The Practice Administration Coordinator is a key role within Maari Ma Health, responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations and implementation of administrative functions required to deliver high-quality medical services.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the reception, administrative, and patient transport functions of the Primary Health Care Service.
- Be responsible for the administrative setup of medical practitioners and visiting medical specialists, ensuring they have the necessary support and resources.
- Manage Medicare billing and liaise with the Executive Manager Remote PHCS regarding practice administration requirements.
- Function as the central point for building and fleet maintenance for the PHCS.
- Coordinate planned and unplanned maintenance of equipment or outages for the PHCS buildings and equipment.
Requirements
This role requires occasional travel with overnight stays to support outreach services. A salary up to $86,600 gross per annum plus superannuation is offered, depending on qualifications and years of experience.

- Working Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm.
