Key Responsibilities & Skills:

- Manage inventory effectively, including procurement and presentation of high-quality jewelry pieces.
- Onboard and train new team members to ensure seamless integration into the team.
- Provide constructive feedback to promote continuous improvement and employee development.
About You:
- Proven experience in retail management or assistant management roles.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
- Strategic thinking and ability to make informed decisions in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Interest in jewelry is highly desirable, but not essential.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
