Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team and contribute to the success of our cloud infrastructure. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional support to our customers, ensuring seamless service delivery, and driving continuous improvement in our IT services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality support to our customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
  • Provide timely and effective resolution of customer issues, escalating complex problems to senior technicians when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless service delivery and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and service quality.
Requirements & Qualifications:
  1. 2+ years of experience in IT operations management, preferably in cloud infrastructure.
  2. Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure and services, including AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  3. Experience with ITIL framework and IT service management principles.
  4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  5. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
