We are seeking a skilled Infrastructure and Security specialist to enhance our team's performance at the forefront of cloud infrastructure support.

About the Role

This dynamic position involves collaborating with business teams to resolve system issues, escalate support cases from Helpdesk, and align solutions with business needs.

  • Resolve cloud infrastructure (compute, network, storage, security) support issues efficiently.
  • Assist in designing, maintaining, and testing Disaster Recovery/ Business Continuity systems and procedures.
  • Create and update technical documentation for system and end-users.
  • Adhere to and improve ISMS controls for cloud environments effectively.
Your Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A degree in IT/Engineering or relevant professional experience.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Expertise in IaaS/PaaS (Google Cloud preferred) and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred).
  • Foundational knowledge of networking, application performance/security monitoring skills.
  • Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Postgres, Elasticsearch, and volume performance optimization.
  • Previous experience working in high-compliance environments (ISO27001, SOC2 Type 2, security frameworks).
