Cloud Infrastructure Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Cloud Infrastructure Specialist to oversee our technical infrastructure and ensure seamless alignment with business goals while meeting service level agreements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders on strategic initiatives, projects, and business decisions
  • Provide technical leadership across cloud environments (Azure/AWS) and ensure infrastructure security
  • Support integration with third-party products and drive continuous improvement of infrastructure systems
  • Develop and maintain clear documentation, performance metrics, and monitoring
  • Ensure disaster recovery planning, testing, and implementation are executed effectively
  • Resolve infrastructure issues through collaboration with vendors and internal teams

About You:

  • Demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Azure Cloud, AWS, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, and related technologies
  • Proven experience in cloud design, deployment, and continuous improvement
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., Bachelor's degree in IT, Microsoft/AWS/ITIL certifications)
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement capabilities
  • A strong customer service focus and collaborative working style
