We are seeking a seasoned IT Project Manager to lead our significant ICT transformation initiative within a government tribunal. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a multi-year program focused on delivering new case management capabilities across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead medium-to-large scale projects from initiation to closure within a structured delivery framework
  • Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and issues to ensure successful delivery
  • Operate effectively in hybrid environments using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, technical specialists, and external vendors
  • Prepare comprehensive project documentation including plans, status reports, risk registers, and closure reports

Technical Requirements:

  • ICT project experience is essential, ideally involving Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
  • Proven ability to manage schedules, budgets, risks, and issues to meet project objectives
  • Strong working knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
  • Experience coordinating with diverse teams and vendors to ensure delivery alignment
  • Proficiency in preparing detailed project documentation
  • Experience in ICT projects, ideally involving Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
