Clinical Service Delivery Specialist

The Clinical Case Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring that children/young people and their families receive responsive services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Collection of background information about clients
- Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders
- Managing administrative tasks as required
To be considered for this position, you will require:
- Minimum of diploma qualified or relevant experience in a clinical case coordination role or similar
- Demonstrated experience and skills in providing clinical case management support to vulnerable families that is child focussed, family centred and trauma-informed
- Knowledge of child development, as well as neurodevelopmental disorders including FASD, ASD and Global Development Disorders
