As a Store Leader, you'll lead and embed a culture that enables your team to create customer-focused experiences, drive multiple Brand moments, and elevate the flagship experience for seamless shopping throughout the store.

You'll work closely with Field and Merch partners to provide customer and store insights, drive results, and create great experiences for our customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and embedding a culture that builds a team of engaged product ambassadors
  • Enabling and empowering your Store Team to be customer-first, people-focused, and results-driven
  • Coaching your team to deliver multiple Brand moments and an elevated flagship experience
  • Identifying team development needs and motivators to drive wellness, engagement, and performance
  • Managing store operations effectively to achieve productivity targets
  • Advocating for the company's community initiatives and leading the team on how they can make a positive impact
