Job Description

As a Store Manager, you will play a leading role in driving store performance and ensuring every customer leaves with the best possible experience. You will lead a dynamic team of 30+ members in a big-box retail environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Store leadership experience within a large-format retailer.
  • Ability to lead teams of 30+ members.
  • Strong financial acumen, including experience in P&L analysis and forecasting.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A knack for managing high stock volumes effectively.
  • A passion for the outdoors and adventure (bonus).
  • First Aid certification or willingness to complete training.
  • Full-time availability, including weekends.
  • Full working rights in Australia.
