Senior Allied Health Leader

A dynamic and forward-thinking Clinical Allied Health Manager is required to drive clinical excellence, lead a team of allied health professionals, and foster an inclusive workplace culture.

This role offers the opportunity to stay connected with clients while shaping the direction of our services, balancing clinical practice with team development.

The ideal candidate will be a collaborative and confident leader, qualified OT or Speech Pathologist with current AHPRA/SPA registration, demonstrated leadership or management experience within allied health, and strong clinical background working with neurodiverse children.

About the Role
  • Leadership and Clinical Work: As a senior allied health leader, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in children's lives, leading a passionate and creative team, maintaining a clinical caseload, and influencing service delivery and growth.
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy with a focus on child-led and play-based practice, driving clinical excellence and ensuring compliance with best practice standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of allied health professionals across multiple sites, fostering an inclusive, supportive workplace culture where staff and families feel valued.
  • Work closely with leadership to expand and strengthen services, providing opportunities to shape innovative, child-led programs across Queensland.
About You
  • You are a collaborative and confident leader who thrives on balancing clinical practice with team development, possessing excellent communication, organisational, and mentoring skills.
  • Demonstrated leadership or management experience within allied health, qualified OT or Speech Pathologist with current AHPRA/SPA registration, and strong clinical background working with neurodiverse children.
