About the Opportunity

The Orchard Talent Group is seeking an accomplished Chief Executive Officer to provide visionary leadership and drive strategic growth for a leading early childhood education provider in Australia. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy, aligning with the Board of Directors' goals and identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Lead the development and implementation of innovative solutions to ensure high-quality service delivery across all centres, meeting State and Federal regulations.
  • Oversee the organisation's financial management, ensuring financial sustainability, profitability, and operational efficiency through effective planning, cost control, and resource allocation.
  • Foster a positive organisational culture that embodies the values of the company, promoting collaboration, accountability, and excellence.
  • Represent the organisation as a key ambassador, engaging with investors, government agencies, industry associations, and the broader community to enhance brand presence and market standing.
About You

We are looking for an experienced executive leader with a proven track record in driving business growth, innovation, and excellence. The successful candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior leadership role within the childcare, education, or related human services sectors.
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries, preferably with prior ASX executive experience.
  • A strong background in managing complex operations and ensuring high standards of service delivery.
  • Commercial acumen and a solid understanding of mergers and acquisitions, financial management, budgeting, and business sustainability.
  • Exceptional people leadership skills, with the ability to support geographically dispersed teams during significant change.
  • Excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement with diverse stakeholders to drive consensus and collaboration.
  • A proven track record in investor relations, preferably within a publicly-listed company.
